The song "Tulips from Amsterdam"...

...was recorded in 1958 by British singer Max Bygraves (1922-2012).

"When it's Spring again
I'll bring again
Tulips from Amsterdam
With a heart that's true
I'll give to you
Tulips from Amsterdam..."

Today, on my long city walk, I passed the Amsterdam Tulip Museum and was reminded of this old song. I heard it for the first time in 1959 during my first visit to Amsterdam.
